Cancellation Policy

If you have to reschedule your session please respect the timings mentioned above. And send us an email at contact@zhandygift.com. We will be happy to reschedule an appointment as soon as possible depending on the availability. Please note that you can reschedule your appointment twice. After that the 3rd cancellation your deposit will not be refunded. Your session can be online to discuss your idea and to help you move ahead giving you the best options and contacts. In case of technical issues during a video conference, the session will be rescheduled subject to both parties’ agreement. A confidentiality agreement has to be signed and submitted to us via email before the session before we accept to work on any project. If Z Handy Gift doesn’t receive your documents at least 2 hours before the session, the session will be considered canceled. In such a case you will be refunded 100% of your deposit via the payment method that you used for the deposit. Z HANDY GIFT will not accept to work on any project without signing a "Confidentiality agreement" signed and sent by email prior to the session.
