We consider that perfect finishes are a key aspect in quality products. So we pay particular attention to the making of all our products.

After you received the goods our refund policy is 10 business days.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the request is made by email after this period.
Returns (after common agreement)
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.To return your products, you should mail your products to:Z HANDY GIFT LLC190 BLUEGRASS VALLEY PARKWAY,ALPHARETTA, Georgia 30005.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund for the products, potential cost related to return shipping could be deducted from your refund if any shipping fees has been in charge of Z Handy Gift (example of returning goods at a wrong address).For shipping goods over $50, we recommand to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items. Your refund request will be assessed after receiving the goods.Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days due to banking processes.
Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same items, send us an email at contact@zhandygift.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. - I - shipping - Return&refund policyA - Production phase prior to shippingYour products are made to order following the schedule and manufacturing process described here under.
- After receiving your order and the payment of 50% of the invoice
- fabric is ordered and delivery to manufacturer - standard 5 to 10 business days (following the availability of the fabrics in stock but we have several suppliers)
- manufacturing for 300 pieces (for example) - standard 3 to 4 business weeks (depending on the period of the year)
- then goods will be available for pick up (between 4 / 6 business weeks after you first payment 50%) at the factory after payment of the 50% remaining. We can also arrange a delivery in several lots depending on the volumes.
B - Shipping
If you choose to pick-up your goods - you will be given all contact information at the factory if you choose to pick-up your goods.Otherwise Z Handy Gift and the factory can handle the pick-up of your goods by the carrier of your choice at the factory location. You will need to send us informations about the shipping carrier and the option chosen among the offer of the following actors (USPS / FedEx / UPS / Other ) "other" if you have a preferred shipping carrier.
Please note that the factory will not give the goods to any carrier before receiving all required documents signed from your company.
Payment conditions are the following:
- 50% of the global order is required prior to starting the production.
- 50% before shipping or collecting

Proposal and general conditions for wholesale orders:
- Minimum orders depending on the products.
- Minimum re-orders depending on the products.
- A minimum of 100 pieces per color for this product
- A quality control step is being performed by the factory before goods delivery to the client or the client carrier.
- For big orders, we recommend the client to be involved in this step by a local client representative.
